A wide, mostly easy path around one of Sedona's best-known vortex sites.
The Forest Service lists Bell Rock Pathway (No. 96) as easy and family-friendly, with only about 185 feet of elevation change. The full pathway runs about 3.5 miles one way, but most people walk a short loop near Bell Rock and turn back.
Most of the path is wide and hard-packed, though some stretches around Bell Rock are rocky. You can scramble partway up Bell Rock itself, but the upper parts are steep and best left to experienced climbers.
Facts last checked November 3, 2026. Prices, hours and rules change, so confirm with the official source before you go.
